Pretty good amount of meat on these things.  They definitely don't bone out like a deer or an elk though.  I don't wanna hear any vulgar jokes about eating..."cat", either.  :)  I've heard too many the last few days.

Good job and congrats on a nice cat. I've only got two myself so far. They taste great, almost like a pork steak. Bobcat is also real tasty if you get a chance to taste it do it. I drew a late cat tag again this year so am looking forward to tracking another one down when the snow flys.
