Second deer season opened Sept 8th.  Anything moving in this heat?

We were headed over last weekend but with the temps in triple digits we went south instead to look at bird hunting ground for later in the year. Still too hot but I did not have to gut or pack any big game  . The weather is looking way better this weekend so we will be there for sure....unless life gets in the way  .
