Does anyone know where to find a replacement Ruger single-Six 22lr cylinder?

You will probably have to send it in to Ruger.  The cylinder has to be fitted to the gun, and that is usually a factory only part...

they pop up for sale on gunbroker and sights like that often, people sell the gun and can't find the cylinder, then find the cylinder. Might try that then take it to a local smith. But Ruger would be your easiest bet. They make aftermarket cylinders as well, try brownells and midway.
