Where to hunt elk at?

I'm new to Elk hunting. I've been hunting deer for a few years, but never see any elk. Where is the best place to go on the eastside of the state?

The mountains are usually where I go to find elk.  In all seriousness, I would try first by introducing yourself and not just asking for hunting spots on your first post.

I know, but I was referring to the eastside of each county in those areas ! Plus, everybody bitches if you try and help someone out after thier first post. We're all hunters here and helping is the right thing to do.
