Doing our part for early season honks
« on: September 14, 2011, 11:03:34 PM »
Guys,
Hunted last weekend trying to trim down the local honker population.  I would say we took a small chunk of the population out in short order.  We were greeted to a cool harvest moon and a bright red sunrise before the carnage began.  The first flocks showed up at 6:40 and we were finished up by 7:15 with our limits of huge honkers.  The birds cooperated and the hunters shot well.  Great times with good friends and memories that will last a lifetime.
Hope you enjoy!
Hammer
