european mount

wife wants her first buck euro. mounted . any suggestions whom could do this. skull is skinned and in freezer now. :dunno:

You could do it yourself or use one of the taxidermist on this site.

Michelle has posted the maceration process and you could do it yourself at home.

Your wife would appreciate it more if you took the time and did it for her....

my brother had a euro done by the guy down on fruitvaile, he did a great job the mount is awsome and he did it for next to nothing
I don't always shoot big mule deer, but when I do, it's with a bow tech!

DON"T DO IT OUTSIDE.............some animal WILL take it and you will be in the dog house for a while guaranteed !!  ;)

Oh yeah, don't do it inside either.................at least not inside where it's important not to smell like the inside of a dog's a$$  !!

Yes. I have not had work done by him personally but know of several people how have and have had bad experiences.  Not trying to start anything but from what I know hes is not the best in town.  Check out Ric form All Thats Wild Taxidermy.  He is a member on here and a great guy (Elkstuffer).  From what I have seen he is top notch!  ;)

If you are going to have it done, I would have Michelle do it.  She does museum quality work.  Skulls are one of her specialties... :tup:
