I say it is a Dog!  Looks as though it has some German Sheaperd in it.  Where is this being posted as a Coyote?  I call bull S*$&.  I've seen black coyotes befor and had one for a L/S mount at one time.

I found it in the photography section in realtree. It was posted there from some other website. Everybody thinks it's a coyote.  :bash:

I say dog. The snout looks more rounded.. The only thing that looks even close are the ears when compared to this yote.

I agree with Houndhunter, it looks like a cross, and a pretty plump one at that.
Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or destroy it, piss on it and walk away!

Dog!
There is an all black coyote around my place but it only seems to show up when I dont have my rifle.  The last time I saw it I was setting my 400 yd target up and he ran between me and my gun.  That will teach me to leave my rifle on the rest while I set a target.  D-oh!  Now I have to wait until winter when his coat is prime to try for him again.  I want to have a lifesize mount done.

i think a full body mount featuring an all black coyote would be as pretty as it gets...

Bucklucky, you never know, you are well within his range but I would bet that he stays on my side of the river most of the time.

I've killed two crosses that I can think of at this moment and even mounted one of them for practice.  Thats a dog with coyote blood .
