PLEASE get involved to stop this horrible proposal!

I did send an e-mail to Cantwell and Murray. I recently got a reply back from Cantwell stating they were monitoring this proposal. But as you knoe the huggers have them in their back pocket

I used her verbiage in my own letter to strike a chord. As many of you who want to, copy my email and resend it, or do your own. Just do something. If our senators back this for WA, the other US Senators will fall in behind. Let's get it stopped here at home.

Elkaholic, they certainly won't shy away from it if they don't hear from us and lots of us. Send an email with your feelings on the subject. It doesn't take much time to do.

Honestly, I don't think it stands a chance.  There are LOTS of folks against the whole thing.  Conservation NW has also made it clear that they do not support it.  It's only a couple of the enviro groups pushing and they're meeting resistance from thier own ranks.
