I enjoy cooking so i really have no excuse for not eating like a king at elk camp.plus with our camp and tent its pretty nice to cook in.
Was at Bellevue for the last four days and we ate at John Howie Steak house. First off, it was a great steak. Second they had chanterelles so I had them cook some up in butter then put it on my steak. Third, they had lobster mashed potatoes. Now if I had ths at camp I am not sure I would be hunting much.
typically we eat dinners when everyone is back from evening hunt. about 30 min after dark. when ever that is.FYI JUST HIT 3000 posts...
