Mailed the scope off a few weeks ago, and kinda forgot about it.  Got it back the other day.  they didnt replace it, but they went through all internal parts, all external parts, re-zeroed it, and sent it back to me good as new.  Now I just need to mount it and bore sight it, and dial it in.

Better than new as it has now been hand assembled.

In my opinion, the best warranty in the optic business is Leupold's.  I have 8 of their scopes, and three pair of binocs.  I bought a Kahles, and a Swarovski scope last year, and wow what a difference in clarity.  I will still brag about the customer service from Leupold, but I'm now shopping for more Austrian glass.
