A New day - A New Shoutout for Support
« on: September 30, 2011, 03:11:52 PM »
Here we go again.... We need HuntWa member support on an issue that is very important to All Washington, Hunters, Outdoorsman,Wolf Advocates and Non-Advocates. This benefits all of you.

Thanks for the large response of voters yesterday.....

WDFW has put together an unacceptable Wolf Recovery and Management Plan. We accept the fact that we have Wolves today and they are here to stay unless they leave on their own. That will only happen if they run out of food... that food is what we Hunt. We need to send WDFW a very strong message backed by large numbers that there plan is unacceptable. We are asking the Commission to reject the current plan and come up with a new plan.

HuntWa has 8,941 members. As of a few minutes ago 697 people have viewed the Washington Wolf Plan Poll, yet only 160 have voted. That is a great improvement from last evening but way short of our capabilities.  I am sure the 537 that viewed the poll and didn't vote have an opinion. I wish I had an answer for the high number of non-responses, can a non-responder PM me with their logic please?

Anyway, with 8,941 members, we should be able to put up a showing of 2000 or more votes... that's just 25% of the membership..Please folks if you haven't voted go tohttp://hunting-washington.com/smf/index.php/topic,83922.0.html and us send the message. By the way, we respect all opinions so if you are Pro Wolf, please vote also..

Thank You
Al

Some people spend their entire life wondering if they made a difference. Marines don't have that problem.

My vote is in. Hunt-Wa can be a loud voice but we need to step up to the plate where we can. Everyone...please vote, our future is at stake.
Just one more day
