Thanks Dawn! We had a great year! I cant explain the great feeling of being with my wife and watching her harvest that buck. She made a great shot. Looks like you two girls are deadly! You nailed a wopper as well!

Thank you!  It was really nice being able to hunt solo this year!  I learned a lot and most importantly that I have a lot more to learn yet!  The only thing that I really didn't like was that Doug was not there to share that moment with me!  It was nice that he came up so soon when I called him but the fact that he missed everything but the pack out was a real bummer!  i can't wait til next year when we hunt together again...it really is special to be able to celebrate together when the harvest happens!

One of the toughest seasons I have ever seen here on the wet side. I finally got a spike this morning. 80 yards out, delivered a 180 g. Winchester Silvertip out of my '06 through both shoulders.

Yeah no doubt 3nails has some hunting machines in his household  :yeah: Congrads to your kids Bud !!! Here is my buck I got Halloween afternoon after just about saying pee on it I gave it one more run and at 12:15 this buck hits the dirt hard ...270 140 gr hornaday a serious combonation  :tup:
