Holy fronts! Congrats Cory...way to get it done.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Say, obviously you had some good luck, probably with hard effort.  How was the elk herd over there?  Dad just got back from a whitetail hunt in the Locksaw area and brought back nothing but bad news about wolves vs elk numbers.

It'd be nice to hear if a hunter actually saw a good amount of elk for a change.

And congrats on the bulls.

We hunted our butts off for 12 days and we were in elk every day but the 1st day. did see 2 wolfs, too far to shoot. not many deer.
