Brothers Archery Double
« on: October 03, 2011, 08:52:48 PM »
This year was a dream come true for my brother and I archery elk hunting with any bull tags in our pockets. I posted my Sept. 4th bull earlier and couldn't wait to get his up too. We were able to get him a shot on the second to last day of the hunt. What an incredible experience! The story is his and I hope he gets on soon to share, let me just make you all go a little crazy while you wait for him to post, he shot it at 2 yards with his Martin recurve! No joke! Insane! Bull only went about 70 yards, what a shot! We learned more in one season of intense elk hunting than we have in a lifetime up to this point, best part of it was that we got it done together!

Very nice bull!  Makes me determined to keep up my recurve hunting!  I use the same exact bow as him too! Do you know what poundage he is drawing by chance?
