Free: Contests & Raffles.
A camera that is very quiet is going to be tough.
I have been trying to do some research on trail cameras, but time restraints are killing me, I have done a few searches on here and have looked at some of the web sites that have been linked, stores, ect....What I am looking for is a scouting camera that can stand up to washington weather, cost between $100. and $250., little to no noise, and no flash (no visible light emmited) I would like to use this for scouting as well as at my house (I have ahole neighbors.. see past reports) do you have any Idea's??? thanx in advance.....and what is soaking?(justing sitting?)

But I wanted to take a cheap camera with me on my elk hunt and went to Walmart and picked up a wildgame cam with IR. And I think it takes as good or better photos than the Bushnell and is easier with no password. I did not like that it comes with four eyelets one each corner to hang it on a tree with two bungees. I solved that problem with a package of 3 small master locks all keyed the same an a 3ft length of small link chain. Worked great this season. But only got photos of myself going to and from blind.
