Depending on where you hunt at least one of you is most likely going to need waders for putting out and picking up decoys, then I would just say everyhing else is your basic needs like jacket, gloves, hat etc. If you already have a jacket you use for big game I would say you don't have to go out and buy a new one in a duck pattern right off the bad. As long as you are camoed up and concealed you should be fine.
