Any red meat comes from wild game which is typically elk or deer.

We have wild game on a regular basis, salmon and halibut from Alaska, deer, elk and the occasional goose from Washington. My son’s girlfriend thinks we’re from another planet. She keeps asking me what we have planned for dinner, which is generally followed by a squint and a shiver. We’ll see if she lasts long.

2 or 3 times a week. The kids can't skip dinner every night.  :chuckle:

I got 3 bucks and a bull this year, so I eat wild game several times a week. I love it!

As often as I can..
I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.
