I voted for the wrong one. Meant to say several times per week.
Antelope sausage, burger & steaks
2-4 times per week until we run out  :bash:, usually mid summer

Any time meat is on the menu it is more often than not wild game or line caught fish.  Of course we do get the occational Costco rottiserie chicken, but that's only about once a month.  Haven't killed a pig in a few years so it comes from the store recently- again about once a month (going to have to fix that problem in January).
With only the wife and myself it takes a lot to eat two elk a couple deer, around 100 pheasant and chuckars, and the surprise of the year (this year Dall sheep-my goodness it's yummy).  Yeah, we've gotten a little fat over the years.  But, we are awful happy!

Tonight was deer pepperoni pizza.  Doesn't get much better than that.

Wed: WA mallard and a canvasbackI shot over the weekend.

Tonight; steelhead, crabz, clams and smoked pink salmon.

I estimate at least three times per week.  We very rarely purchase any red meat.

Several times a week at least..... But we but the occasional pork chop once a month or so.... We raise our own chickens for the table.... Lately my wife has been buying ground turkey burger.... It's alright.... But now that I got my new grinder for Christmas we can get back to ground deer and elk......

The only meat we buy at the store is chicken and maybe bacon.  Even our pork, beef, lamb, goat is all processed at home.  Lots of elk, deer, salmon, halibut, shrimp, pheasant, duck etc.. is eaten here.

Thread reminded me to thaw out five pounds of deer burger to make jerky this week end.
Can't we all just get along?

At least 3 times a week, a lot of ducks to eat, venison of all kinds and a lot of salmon and trout. Grouse is all gone >:(
What would life be without the thrill of the hunt?

I prefer to eat meat that I know where it came from, rather than buying it from the store. I know where the meat has been throughout the processing. I do all of it myself.
Never stop preparing for next season.
