Issaquah/Sammamish Hunters????
« on: October 08, 2011, 03:56:59 PM »
Recently transplanted to the area via Vancouver,WA, originally from MN. My wife and I have been out west for 2 years now. This will be my first year hunting the Northern part of the state. Mostly intrested in any kind of bird hunting. I would love to make some hunting buddies from the sight that live anywhere close to me and would be willing to take a guy hunting with them. Last year was the first year I have not hunted in 17 years, and I cannot let it happen again!!!!! I live in Issaquah and am definitely willing to travel to hunt. I work Monday through Friday, but do have some vacation time to burn. Anyone out there wanna take a guy hunting???

I live in Issaquah as well. As far as bird hunting, I am not very experienced but am going to try to get out for some grouse and possibly some E WA chukar and /or quail in the next few weeks. Let's stay in touch

Hey gentlemen.  I live in North Bend.  I am new the Washington moved from California last August.  I am gearing up for deer and elk season.  I grew up in MN to hunting for just about anything.  When I was in California I mainly hunted turkey and did pretty good for myself.  Hunted deer down there but no luck.  I am always open to having hunting buddies so give me a holler if you guys want to go.  I am burning up some vacation starting next week.

I'm in Issaquah. I've been driving to Montesano to hunt but would love to hunt GMU 454. I think there are some spots off Highway 18 summit.

HI all I am from North Bend.  This year I am trying out the Hancock forest and archery.

Are you walking in or did you buy a pass? I was considering walking in. Not really sure where to go or even how to get to the right place.

I bought the pass.  Seems like a lot of people walk in, but I wanted the firewood.  Getting there is kind of a pain, I think Ace still has a map, but the is a road that takes you to the rec gates.  You can follow this road for a good distance and there are gates along it that dont open.  Just stop at one and walk in.  I don't know any good areas yet, still exploring.

Hello,

I live in Bellevue and I am new to the area. I grew up hunting and fishing with my father and I did hunt with a group of friends for a few years in Oregon, doing waterfoul, deer and elk. Due to living in Nashville TN for a while and moving to Seattle 4 years ago with a busy schedule, kept me from going hunting and pursue what I love to do. Throughout the last few years I sold a couple of guns and now I am back to the "roots" using a 12 gauge for all hunting (just like my father did). I am in the market to purchase a 30-06 at the end of the season ;) .

I am looking for a hunting partner for weekends, someone who knows some places around here (I'm willing to drive some distances too), with some experience and is trustworthy. I am open for hunting all year but would be really nice to take advantage of the deer and elk season now as well the waterfoul season until the end of the year.

I am responsible, trustworthy, safe and will be a pleasure to share expenses.

I love the idea to meet up for chat one evening.

Please let me know what you think.

Tibi
