The stove worked really well an we would put a couple presto logs in it at night but were going to put it to the test next month in Idaho for whitetail and it normally is in the 20's then so I'll give you an update on the performance then. But my cousin bought it for under 200 so it was a screaming deal and we loaded one row of firewood in the truck and used only half of it. The first night he stoked it and I had to sit outside the tent for an hour cus it was so overwhelming. I would recommend it for the price and you can fit full length pieces of wood in it also

Be careful using them, we tried it once and they burn real dirty, so they clogged up the screen on the stove cap and damn near killed me and Silent Bob. We found that they are usable, but you gotta clean stove pipe cap and pipe every day. We gave up using them. Just giving you my experience.
Congrats on the bull did you hunt with Joe for that bull? I know he was hunting with a fellow who tagged a Selkirk bull as well. As for the stove I have the same one for my 12x20 alaknak tent it works great if you stoke it down it will burn about 3 hrs when crammed with logs. As for the stack try some sheetmetal screws in each section, or some of that foil tape. We hunt in a very windy area, and we had issues with the stack until I used the screws now I dont worry about it at all.

Pretty sure the one that was hunting with Joe, got one just a wee bit bigger than that one.Joe
