I have had problems with my girlfriends dads neighbor, He has two large breed dogs that are both aggressive towards other dogs.
My dog has been attacked by the dogs a few times while on my girlfriends dads property with one of the incidents requiring staples for my dog.
We have had to run these dogs off her dads property numerous times and have also talked to the owner of them.
My dog did go onto the neighbors property today ( thus is the second time He has ever done that in over two years)  I'm not sure exactly what happened today but He will not let me touch his ribs or lower abdomen wich makes me think broken bones or internal bleeding.

I will be seeing what the vet says then I will be calling the sheriff

I believe He may have kicked my dog, there is kicking a dog to make him leave your property and then there is kicking hard enough to break ribs wich I think is out of line.
I can not say for sure that that is what happened but when my dog will not stand up on his own now even with being coaxed with a treat, I feel like too much force was used

I'm not gonna bust your balls about this but if I had a problem with a neghbors dog I would make damn sure that my dog was under my control at all times.  I would not let my dog go on the other person's property EVER.  If their dogs came on my property and was aggressive toward me or my dog (of course my dog would be on a leash and under my control) their dog would not be walking home.  They would either be coming to take him/her home to bury them or I would bury them right there on my property.  I truly hope your dog is okay, gets treated and that he is never allowed to run on that property again.

I feel for ya bud but I would have to agree with the above. If your dog was on their property when it was injured then calling the sheriff will probably get you nowhere.

You stated that you knew from experience that the neighbor's dogs were aggressive and then you allow your dog to wander onto their property. Sounds like you'll have to chalk this one up as a lesson learned.

With all of that being said, I hope your dog is OK.

These dogs are not fenced in and most of the time are not in a kennel, they have gone after kids that were just walking down the road. Both dogs weigh over 150 lbs each.
I will be calling the sheriff because I feel that this guy needs to get his dogs under control.

Five out of the six times that my dog has been attacked by these dogs has happened on my girlfriends dads property.

If it was my kid that these dogs went after I would have already given them a lead pill, I do not want to worry about the guy coming after me with a gun if I shot his dogs cause they attacked mine.

If they killed my dog I also would have no problem drooping them

I am not disagreeing with you guys that its my fault
My dog always stays in the yard wich is close to three acres, this is out in osso so most people do not have fenced yards ii there

I hope your dog gets better soon.

Do not let him off a leash in that neighborhood, do not let him onto the neighbors property and do not allow the neighbors dogs onto your GF dad's property.

But again, get well soon to your little buddy

I get a kick out of some people's post on this site.  Man, we should all feel so honored to be in your presence.

On another note, I hope your dog gets better.

Thank you for the advice and the get well wishes.

I have him at home now and on pain meds, I went to pilchuck emergency vet in  snohomish and the vet was really nice, told us that she could take xrays but they likely would not show trauma to any organs.
Seemed like she was there to help and not trying to drain my pockets like some places try to do

Glad to hear the vet visit went well.  Did they give you a diagnosis?  Either way, watch close (I'm sure you will) to make sure he doesn't show other signs of complications or injuries.  It is just as likely that he did something to injure himself or that he has something else that is ailing him.  Would hate to see that something went south with your pup.
