Berger vld Load data

I would like to try some berger vld bullets for my AR .223 (probably 55grn) also for my .300win mag 210grn vld, but cant find much for load data.  Has anyone shot them?  What kind of velocity could I expect to get ?

Velocity will be in line with other bullets of ghe same weight/ cal.
