Theres a meat locker/butcher just inside of Twisp. If your headed towards Twisp from Winthrop on 20, the road takes a sharp curve to the right in Twisp (before Hanks). There is a "Y" in the road here. If you stay left, you will go by hanks on your right, if you take the left, just a bit down that road, you will find a butchers place on the left hand side.

Basically, if you know where the Elks Lodge is in town, drive past that, and that apple orchard. Butchers is on the left. Good luck this year.

I have a meat pole that can fit two deer if you just want to hang something to skin and quarter it. I'll be there this weekend and then wed thru sun. I'm down by Methow. Pm me if u need.

There is one in Twisp.  I know that during archery deer season they had 43 bucks checked in, in a day and a half.
Cut em!

Thanks for all the info guys!   Good luck to everyone.   Having a place in Twisp is nice we can keep hunting if one of us gets one!  I have also wondered about Wenatchee.  I have looked online but not found anything there as well.  Anyone know about the Wenatchee area?

So I can't get any of my hunting buddies to go this weekend, unbelievable. :bash: I'll be running solo. Anyone in the neighborhood is free to stop by. Just outside of the town Methow.
Cold beverages and camp fire are always on the menu.

There is a butcher in Winthrop where you can take your deer. He doesn't advertise but it's right there at the little grocery store to your left when your leaving the town. We've been going to him the last 3 years, he does a really good job for a reasonable price to. Sorry can't think of his name right now.
