I would wait until Sunday for a good spot.  It will be a firing line on Saturday.  You will hear about 300 shots going off in the first 45 minutes.  This will all start 15-20 minutes early with those that don't following the starting times.  The crowd will be half on Sunday.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!

Come on guys c post is forbidden to talk about on this site I shouldn't have to remind you guys.  For real c post is not a duck hunting area its a by darrington.  What kinda gear do you have?  Dog,decs, boat,?  Lots of public ground it should get filled up quick get there early super early.   I will be hiking in hours before legal shooting light.

The best spot would probably be this ditch.

Don't listen to D-Rock....he just wants all the ducks to himself. He does it every year. C-Post has plenty of open channels and troughs that hold birds. However, it is best for jump shooting which can be a lot of fun. Last year I pulled out more than a few limits in my time.

H20hunter you need to stop telling people about all my secret spots.  If you don't I'm coming over and telling that Amish wife of yours that you wont stop picking on me.

Carefull.....the wife got a new Amish approved auto loading 12 gauge with drum magazine. She bought it off the shopping channel while stream adult content through the wi-fi on the new big screen. I'm just trying to help the guy out and you are being a smart##s!
