IMO,165s are the best all around choice for an '06. I shoot 165gr Accubonds out of mine.Interesting to see the guys with the big magnums shooting light bullets. Light bullets look good at first,but the heavier stuff outperforms the light bullets as the range increases.

I used to shoot 180 grains but switched to 200s after finding they were much more accurate in the 300 RUM. Never looked back after that. The gun, scope, bipod weighs 20 pounds but the extreme confidence I have in it makes it worth it.
