Well shoot, I'll open it up for 2013 with an open seat tomorrow in Whatcom County.  Gonna be a long lonely wait in the dark until LST if I go solo.  Location requires a layout boat or small kayak.  PM if interested.

Location: Snohomish County
Times: early weekdays are best, I try to get to the east side on the weekends for upland.
Never really duck hunted before, so I don't have much in the way of gear.  I have waders and a gun though!   I also have a GSP that loves the water, but she's never been duck hunting, so no guarantees there.
