If anyone has an open seat around the Spokane area I would love to come along. I am trying to learn what I can, and havn't done anything other than jump shoot a couple ducks randomly.

Hello, newbie here looking for an open seat. I am from South Carolina & am visiting my parents in Gig Harbor until Jan 7th. Would love to be able to get in some hunting while here.. Avid hunter back in SC, but it's a terrible state for duck hunting  :yike: I have been considering going out & getting a canoe or aluminum boat & enough other stuff to get me by, but came across the forum & saw how good you guys are about sharing!! If anyone has a empty seat within a reasonable drive of Gig Harbor then let me know.. not looking for a "free" ride & would pull my own weight.
Thanks in advance!

Thanks!! I am on a site back home called SCDucks, great group of guys. I've been reading through this site & seems that this is a great one too!! Also I do a lot of boar hunting back in SC so if anyone was ever willing to go out that way, I could reciprocate the favor ;)

If anyone wants to help a new guy out in the Snohomish area, would really appreciate it.  Willing to trade intel on local salmon, steelhead, trout, bass, panfish spots, techniques, etc.  Also if you are new to fishing and want to learn float and jig, twitching jigs, fly fishing, getting kids into fish, etc, would be happy to share in exchange...  Interested in getting into waterfowl, pheasant, upland birds, turkeys as well.  With the goal of getting my kids involved.  In fact, if you like taking kids along, I have some good kids who would love to tag along and learn as well.

unless you have a honey hole or the weather drastically changes, I wouldn't waste your time with the Columbia in central wa. Been slow at best

Anybody trying to hunt around spokane Saturday morning?  My hunting partner wants to go skiing and I'm not ready for the season to be over. I have a couple ideas of locations and am open to any ideas as well.

My friend and I are wanting to go out for the first time for birds this year. Don't know much about which decoys to get, how to call, etc. We'd very much like to learn from experienced people who can show us the ropes. We already have our licenses for them!

Thanks
