Is what I would be saying if I pulled the trigger this morning  :chuckle:  :tung:                  :chuckle:

Passed on a spike and very nice 2pt. Such wonderful weather we are having once again for modern season.  :bash:

I'll be regretting it the last week.

But I'm holding out for one buck. I restrained myself from shooting 3 spikes and a 2pt today. I did See a nice 4pt but he was running away from me and I'm not ok with Texas heart shots....even at 40 yards

I passed on a 2 pt today as well, I can get one of those driving around.  Something about walking in that ups your standards, watched him get up and feed across a cut then bed down again about mid day.  Did however see a decent little 3 point walking in this morning when it was still dark in the headlamps about 15 yards away.  Stood there forever before it decided it didn't like us anymore.  Hope to have better luck tomorrow.
When you see the third, thin the herd.
Right now I'm somewhere picking up sheds.

I passed up a decent 2 point myself, after having a nice stretch of filling my tags with 3 points and a 4 point the last 2 years I've taken 2 points and swore to myself I won't shoot less than a 3 point this year. If this weather keeps up its gonna be hard to keep my word to myself. (gotta be strong!!)
If you dont like guns...DONT BUY ONE!!
