RimRock
« on: October 17, 2011, 08:17:18 AM »
Well just got back from Rimrock - Saw about 10 does for the week-end and about 14 cows at different places and one 5 x 6 . Going back over Thursday night to Sunday to hunt bucks and scout for Bulls for next Monday's opening for Any Bull for my boy. Question - Was anyone over there for the week-end and has anyone seen any Bulls ? The weather was too nice and with no snow it might be a tough year for him to fill his tag I'm afraid.

Fortunately, I filled my tag during archery season at RR unit.  Unfortunately, I did not have a big bull tag, as I saw several bulls.  I'm not sure where you are looking, but they are there!

I'll send you a PM w/GPS coordinates where I saw a MONSTER bull a couple different times.  FYI, just before the early archery season, he was with three other BIG 5x5 and 6x6 bulls.  They were all in velvet, and the MONSTER made these other guys look tiny.
