I would leave it! I thought I was doing the right thing by putting one out of it's misery and payed a fine for it.  :twocents:

I thought you were talking about Steven Segal.  Although goofy, he's probably dangerous even if he is wounded.  I guess I'd just call an ambulance.

Cant' kill segals ( seagulls ) from what I know. Aren't they protected ? It would only take 1 greenie seeing it.

what is a "segal" or "seagull" there are many species of GULLS...

if for nothing else than to liven up the thread

funny, about a week ago, a guy caught one fishing the Stilly. He drug it all the way in to have the line snap at the leader.

Leave it, or you could get a heafty fine,,,Sad to have to say that, because im sure theres nothing but suffering, but unless theres a warden, bioligest, and some PETA member present, it can be saved. on our dime of course...  :bash: :bash: :bash:

Oh a sea-gull?  I also thought he meant Steven Segal. :chuckle:  I didn't even think of the Sea-Gals!  Mr. sea-gull would need to be put down quickly and quietly.  The only humane thing to do.

Put it out of its misery. Any LE official that would bust you for that would get a tongue lashing from a judge.

I wouldnt risk it one bit. There is enough eagles in whidbey, sooner or later that seagull would attract one of them.  :chuckle:

 :yeah:

Honestly I am with you morally... But law is law.
