bear rug

my taxidermist called up last week and said he was starting my rug last friday and it would take him 2 weeks to complete it. It was frozen when i took it in there last year  so I asked him what he measured  it out at for the price and he told me it was a little over 6 foot. I can't wait to see it.

not my first bear but my first rug, nice big brown one  from the west side. the area i've been hunting is running 95 black. i don't pass on many animals but i let a 100 pound brown one go about 5 years ago less than a mile from were i took this one. Makes me wonder if it  might be him.
