Tank at the Bird Dog Challenge July 5 & 6th
« on: July 07, 2008, 02:21:51 PM »
This past week-end I was invited to judge at the Washington State Bird Dog Challenge. I had no intention's of running Tank in this event. But everyone wanted me to run him... So I entered him in the flushing Division both day's. That way I could still judge the pointing Division Thank goodness I ran Tank...  He took first place both day's...  he was simply "AWESOME". Funny thing was..  he pointed all his bird's both day's, and comparing time with the pointer's...  he still had the fastest time's. I know everyone concider's Tank and myself a "Team"...    but this was 99% Tank, and I had the weak 1%. Right how in the Washington State ranking's...  Tank is ranked 1st in the Washington State Bird Dog, Amateur Flushing Division.

Nice work Tank and Wayne.  It makes all the hard work and time invested worthwhile I bet.  Congratulations   :whoo:

congrats!!  Thats Cool.  Looks like you make a good team.  How old is tank.  My labs are getting up there in age.  It makes me sad because they are young at heart.
