Here's all you got to do. Set up on a pond. spend almost all day and only see one flock fly by way up there. Pick up your deks and head for home with a slight detour by one of the local refuges and you see plenty

And it also works for deer just buy a muzzleloader tag hunt all 9 days of season then go back to bird hunting and you'll get to see one

If you would have hunted that location you did for birds during deer season, it would appear you might have had better luck. Those are some nice bucks.
