Smoked Coho Salmon

Hello everyone
I did two coho salmon in the smoker last night they turned out great used a basic salt brine no sugar dont like sweet tasting fish we caught one of the fish on Saturday and one on Sunday great weekend oh I smoked them using hickory thats all I had at the house


happyness is a full smoker

Norwegian Candy. Just sent some Willapa Bay smoked stuff back to Ohio and Calif. with relatives. They love the stuff.

I'de be happy to give you my address for a box of that.. The only thing I miss about living on the coast is fresh, GOOD, fish.  Not this slimey soft crap we can buy at the grocerie store over here.

We kept some for ourselves and that's what we'll be snackin on t'day and tomorrow during the foo-ball games along with some of the finest imported beer too...........Coronas. Hmmmm. :P :P
