but see thats where i didnt harrass any animals, we drove past and the 4 of us, one driving and 3 looking counted sets of eyeballs, NOT stopping at any time but merely marking milemarkers and embedding landmarks in our minds to plan the next day.
We didnt want to Beam them too long but only note down prospective areas to be walking in the following morning.
when you stop and hold the light in their face (blind them for awhile) that could and should be harassment, we didnt do that. didnt want to freak the animals off nor blind them.

keep moving, dont stop the vehicle and just mark your map (or GPS), its called scouting and making a strong plan.

I was being sarcastic on Extremely bright lights, it was only a tiny mag light with 2 AA batteries. worked good enought to make eyeballs sort of glow strong enough to be noted on a plan.
TANNERITE needed for target practice on opening day of each hunting season.
