wolfs N. baldy
« on: October 25, 2011, 09:01:42 AM »
i wonder how many wolfs they say there are in the north baldy area on the east side, cause i have a video taken on my phone for audio reasons of them howling. i could swear i hear 6 or 7 different howls within the 3-400 yards around me that day     if someone wants to see the video i can email it to them just message me( no wolfs in vedeo just audio)

It doesn't sound sideways, but it sure looks it.

What was your dog doing while they were howling?  Was he/she scared?

yep- sounds like a pack of them.  Wolves on North Baldy (if you're talking about the one in Pend Oreille County) is old news.  The Diamond Pack spends quite a bit of time in that country.

I know you guys hate them, but I really do like hearing them.

That gate pissed me off. Why put a gate 10 miles up a beat road when its only 11 to the top.......I bet it cost a years wages to install it.

Those wolves make it a mile or two east and their backside is mine......

I'm pretty sure he is talking North Baldy in PO county, and Wacoyote is correct they have been there a long time.  They are on South Baldy too.    It won't be long and they will be on Baldy by Starvation if they aren't already, and I have tracked some next to Little Bald Mtn down here in the NIle sooooooooooo
