Trust me with the economy and with all the prisons letting convicts free cause its to spendy to house them, the once that we are letting go are the tweekers, Thieves and drug offenders, there the most nuisence to the communities and society.  And the economy is not getting any better so lock your chit up.. And I have even better story, i was elk hunting a couple years ago, parked at a gate and my buddies and I get back to my truck and I start it up and it sounded like a 2 stroke motor cycle, a effin tweeker hacked my cadaltic converter off right at the gate.. How *censored* is that, only if we could have walked up on the SOB while he was under my truck hackin it off..   Its not going to get any better anytime soon i do know that, lock your chit up where ever your at.. And as for Johnson Creek, if you live near there I would have a good guess on a few house holds on that road that would be a good culprate as to who the tweeks and thievs are..

i think the most obvious place burned down a couple years ago, but there's still plenty of shacks with "no trespassing" signs on the front door out there.  wonder what they're hiding...

I think we should grab some beer, put some shiny things in the back of a truck, hide in the bushes and at the very least scare the living $hit out of these morons.  I don't feel safe leaving my rig anywhere in the valley anymore.

This happened to my best-man's 4runner during my wedding.  He was parked in the church parking lot and his cat-converter was cut off.  But that's Everett for you...  I'm acually glad we didn't catch that SOB or I'm sure some of my groomsmen would have spilled his blood.  We even had several groomsmen packing heat that day as well as several long guns in the church that we used for some western style pictures.  It could have gotten ugly.

The Valley isnt all that bad, there are far worse places, but the closer you get to Rainer the sketchier it gets.. If your from there you pretty much no who the rift raft is, but I do hate tweekers something fearse..

Grew up out there, I am aware of who they are, but there have been rigs broken into out Thompson as well as at the rez, during the peak of freaking steelhead season!!

Rather than dontat an $8 gas can  - this may work, though the results wouldn't be as immediate.

   A guy I knew at Boeing would save all of the oil bottles and the card board case when he changed his oil.  After draining the old oil from his rig, he would very meticulously refill the empty bottles with the used oil, making sure they were all clean and tidy.  He would put them all back in the case, again all clean and tidy, and then place the box so it could be seen in the back of his truck when parked in any given parking lot - work, supermarket, etc.  He said the boxes were usually gone when he got back to the truck if he had been away for a decent length of time. 

It is definitely not as quick of a result as water in the gas tank, but there is no $$$ invested in this one.  I'm thinking that used oil could use some "special" additives before being sealed up again.   

Johnson Creek has been an issue for a long long time now unfortunatly.


It's too the point I really hate leaving my rig anywhere anymore when going on an  outdoor excursion.

On the used oil one I bet all that accomplished is some used oil being dumped some place it shouldn't and not ruining some ass-hat's engine.  I like the sugared gas idea.  That way it looks like and smells like gas and puts their vehicle out of commission in short order if they take the bait.  The problem is if you come across somebody who is really stranded and needs some gas you'll feel like an ass if you are hauling around a can full of sugared gas thief bait.

I believe that qualifies as first degree aggravated assault in this state and the shooter will end up doing time and losing firearms privileges.  You also can't claim self defense on a car prowl unless you are in the car and they present a credible threat to life and limb.  Castle doctrine also does not apply to laying in wait in your Camo while overwatching your bait car. ***
