The 'Memes' thread on the off-topics board crashed HuntWa for me, like the old one used to.

Ya it did it to me the other day as well.  It was a meme after the Obama rhino meme.  It worked fine for me for that one.  But then one of the days after that was posted is when I started having issues.

Not trying to take any political shots, that just the last meme that I saw before the thread started crashing.  I could see the ones on that day.  Some time after that it started crashing for me.  I think others were having issues before that meme was posted however.

I got rid of that thread, if you want you can delete the last few meme's and try again?   It's been a constant source of problems though so I dunno, we might not be able to have a meme's thread although I do get a chuckle from it, but I hate being crashed out for 30+ minutes.

I just tried to post the new topic again and everything looks good until post then screen just goes blank.

i posted without pic,maybe its too big?It didnt say it was but it is a new system i guess.

Ok I tried to make the post again today from work so there is plenty of internet to handle it.  Only had 4 pics - dont think that is the issue.  When i clicked post got the spinny wheel for a bit then just a white screen.  I left it for almost an hour and hit refresh.  Then i got a huntwa screen that said

An error has occured.  You have already submitted the post.  You might have double clicked or refreshed.

So yes I have previously submitted the post but it never posted

Whatever you are trying to post send it to my email and I'll try posting it, I haven't had any problems posting, if I have trouble with your memes then we have a better idea the problem might be the memes. dale@bearpawoutfitters.com

One member sent me their photos and the problem was the photos were way too large. Make sure that is not the problem if you are having trouble.

Sorry to say the new new new new memes thread is doing the same as the last. Once I click on the topic some of the pics do not show up and then I am unable to get on the site for an hour or so. This has happened the last three times I tried to view it.

If you have slow internet that might be preventing you from viewing these meme topics. The common thing with these topics is that they are heavy with graphics. Were you able to view the topic at first and then did the problems start after the topic got a few pages long? Do you have trouble with any other topics?
