Got a Nice Whitetail a 7x9
« on: October 27, 2011, 08:33:16 PM »
Had a nice hunt in eastern wa for whitetails. I hunted opening weekend and this buck got away from me so came home and regrouped and went back again and the buck was not 50 yards from the place I saw him and this time it was different and I was able to get him. We did get one other 5 point that was in the rut with a swollen neck but really did;nt see a lot of bucks. We saw 2 little bear and I wish I had my camera as I was only 25 yards away and they both went up a pine tree and just hung on watching us they were really cute. Here are a couple pictures of my deer it is a 7x9 that is 22 inches wide with good mass and long tines.
