If you want to kill snows in Western WA consistently get a 14-18ft flat bottom boat with farily high gunnels, a 35 horse pump and 4-6 dozen snow deeks. Without the boat you will at least need a layout blind (final approach type)

A buddy of mine has a boat and decoys and another one is planning on getting a boat, I would much rather pay gas then get a boat right now.
