23" coastal blacktail!!!!!

This isnt my deer...got it in a txt...but what a deer....never seen one this wide from the coast...a friend of a friend got this deer....i told my friend to tell the hunter to come on here and tell us the story and more pics!

 Saw a buck like that once in the Wynoochee/ Satsop area, the genetics there seen to lean towards wider rack's. Nice buck.

Budy of mine killed a buck that wide and almost the same looking buck 4 years ago.

Wow what a buck. Congrats to him. If I saw a buck like that while hunten I'd probobly poop my pants before I pulled the trigger. Beautiful!

   On the subject of big forks, did anybody hear of a big buck that was hit on the harrison onramp of I-5 in Centralia?

Here we go  :chuckle:      if it was taken where i was told theres no chance what so ever of a benchleg....it would be about 40 miles from the coast inn the willipa hills unit and if we got mule deer migrating this far west then we got more of a problem with wolves than we know what to do with...well besides  :mgun:
