his brother has the same frame, more mass, and stickers off the rear tine. i passed on his bro last tuesday b/c i couldn't tell what he was exactly in the fading light. i didn't want to shoot another 90-100" 2pt. but these 2 deer are by far the coolest i've seen this year!

the "problem" is i have been fortunate enough to shoot a wall full of 90-110" blacktails in the last 14 years. i have always shot big framed deer in the past and have never got more than what i expected. a broadside 4pt turns out to be a 4x3 or whatever. not complaining but this year i wanted a few more facts before i put one down. and i have to say this shooting deer with a camera is kinda fun too!

If he's too small for ya, call runamuk.  I'm sure she'd be happy to put her first deer tag on that bad boy!

Yes. Affirmative. Si. Oui. You bet. Etc.....

I can respect just being able to not shoot it, it must take some serious patience. He must be a regular visitor?

Im a sucker for eyegaurds :chuckle:. So I would shoot. I passed a buck very similar in general season, not quite as good of frame but he was smooth so he walked.

I guess I'll be the first one to say it.  I wouldn't shoot it. It's a nice buck don't get me wrong but I'd admire him and move on.  :dunno:

He's a little thin looking, specially in the hind quarters, meat might be tough too. I'd hold off and wait for a fat fork horn or spike with more meat on the hindquarters  :twocents:
