A big thanks to my son for posting the pictures of our hunt :)

He chose the the State, the unit and put the entire hunt togather. I only needed to throw my guns and gear in HIS truck and away we went.

The bucks may not have been what we dreamed about on the way over but we had a great time and no problems during the entire trip

It was not region H.  It was not a general region tag.  It was a limited unit tag.

What state do you want to hunt next year?  I'll let you chose this time.

I thought we were going to Colorado next year?

I'm pretty easy.  Tell me when to throw my gear in the truck and let me know where we are going after we hit the Hwy

fin,
It was a very hard hunt.  Saw very few deer.  These two were 2 of the 4 biggest bucks we saw.  The country was beutiful.  I had a couple buddies that had the same tag last year and when I told them what I was seeing they wouldn't believe me.  They were seeing a couple hundred deer a day last year and 10+ 22" wide 4x4 everyday.  I'm not sure what the difference was from last year to this year.
