Hello Everyone
Today I smoked 10 pounds of Buckboard Bacon I used Apple for the smoke it turned out great wont be able to try it until Thanksgiving day tho darn it :-) it will be worth the wait

John I bought the shoulder roast at costco they are really lean not sure why they trim them up so much but thats all they had
