Montana Bucks

Went to montana again this year, my buddy shot his deer on the 10th, mine on the 11th. Just now getting around to posting pics. Not much of a story for either deer, buddy shot his at 220 yards, I shot mine at 70 yards in his bed. Not many deer around in this area this year, especially bucks, these were the 2 biggest ones we saw
however, we couldnt be gone very long since I needed to get back for class, and we only hunted one ranch. Oh well still fun, dont know if I will put in next year though.
My deer.

North central Montana. Low deer numbers, with a terrible wind. Did see a masher pronghorn though.
My buddies buck was shot at 220 yards, we were sneaking up on them and the heard sort of spooked and stopped to look back and as soon as he cleared the does he got shot perfect right in the heart, ran 20 yards and fell over.
My buck we spotted bedded down in a draw off the edge of a wheat field (he was trying to get out of the wind). We were in the truck and my buddy said dont stop, dont stop beause he'sgoing to take off before you can get out and shoot him. So we kept going down the farm road and parked out of his sight next to some grain bins. We put a stalk on him and got to about 70 yards and he was in his bed, but looking right at us, so I got to one knee and shot. I thought I had missed at first because the wind was screaming and I hardly heard the shot and it was hard to hold still. He got up really fast and I tried to crank another on into him really quick and shot right over his back. Then he got out into the wheat field, and he was slwing down (about 120 yards now) and I gave him a little lead and shot one more time and hit him right behind the shoulder and that pretty much stopped him right there. Turns out I had hit him in the lungs with my first shot, so the next shot wasnt needed.
