Oh i have quick reply off dont know what else to suggest once i set it to off and cleared the cache my regularnreply window closed back up never thought to use quick reply

Well that's fine, maybe it will help the other people who are having problems with the regular reply window. I may just go ahead and turn my quick reply off for now.
