Thanks for the continued help guys! I'm heading up tomorrow without the sleds :(. We are going to just see what's going on and stay in touch with a few landowners (key I think). Plus it's just killing me having to wait till the 18th to hunt.

I hunted my archery tag there thurs. and fri and we needed sleds to get off the valley floor and not alot of elk in the fields yet
If it aint broke, dont fix it.

Do you have the rifle bull tag?

If you can pm me the land owners names I can tell you the best one to hunt come the 18th.

Sleds would have been really helpful today, your right. Lots of deer and turkeys, but saw no elk. Looks like "benhuntin" is the man!!!
