Two and half days in the woods and I saw....one yearling fawn....in the dark. I have never seen such a lack animals and sign.
I have been hunting this areas for years and this is not normal. Oh well just ranting.

I have family in battleground and they say the deer have been in their front yard everyday now.

i also live in the battleground had a forkenhorn and a really nice3x3 in my yard two days into elk season chasing a doe

Must just be me...which is actually a relief. It has been really warm also so they dont need to move around much.
