beautiful bull!

wondering what an outfit like mossback offers a hunter?  just more eyes?  i can't see them calling this bull in, if it was a recent kill, and locals will usually gladly put you on a great bull when you draw a tag.

Imagine 10 guys working full time across a large area to locate a certain bull and keep tabs on him. It's actually kind of sad. Lol

yeah, i get the manpower thing, but if i had the dough to buy a tag like that, wouldn't you want your friends and family helping, not a bunch of guys you don't know?  if you're running that much $$ in your wallet, your buddies probably aren't the line cook/greasemonkeys that usually help us out on hunts.  Your rich friends can't take a little time off to help you locate a nice bull?

I guess i don't get the hiring of a guide service thing (no offense Bearpaw!   ;) )  i do know i'm envious as hell this fella can afford the dough to play like that, and give him a big  on a great bull!

They would make a ton more money if they offered that tag in a lottery for $10.00, $20.00, even $30.00 a ticket open to everyone, not just the rich. So I have my doubts that the money they make is the "motivating factor" in having these auction tags.

Either way
Beautiful bull!!

:yeah:  Treat it just like the lotto or powerball and they would probably make a killing! :chuckle:

Actually what's really quite sad slim is ignorant, speculated, comments like this that keep these guys from joining sites and sharing pics and stories of their hunts. :twocents:

Looks like they got him in time.  I was out scouting today,  came across a couple guys looking for a bull.  Might get snow tomorrow so I thought they might be moving a little.  We had some good snow on top last week but has settled.  That is a nice bull and I'm real glad this hunter put in his time.

Great bull Kevin...you paid your dues (money and time in the woods) so congratulations. Pay no heed to those on this site who are jealous. One day they may learn that life is so much easier when you quit worrying about making other peoples values match your own.
