The Gov tag buck was killed Christmas eve.  I talked to the hunter monday and saw the head in his snowmobile trailer.  Smoking nice buck at just over 28 inches and heavy as all get out... beautiful animal! follow Bear's post to see a live pic of him.

Way to go Paul, nice buck!   Its a tuff tag to have when you are seeing 50 bucks a day. I think fri. we saw 40 -50 bucks that day and 2 decent bucks but no triger finger deer.  Thanks for the invite and enjoy the new year. :)
